Course Delivery and
Completion Reporting
Welcome to American Frontier, where you’ll find comprehensive, self-paced courses that meet the continuing education (CE) requirements for insurance professionals. Further, you’ll find detailed information about how our courses are delivered and how course completion is reported to the respective state authorities.
CE Course Delivery
At American Frontier, we enjoy providing a seamless as well as flexible learning experience for all our students. As shown below, here’s how our course delivery works:
To begin with, we deliver all of our self-study courses in electronic format. On the condition that payment is successful, you will gain immediate access to the course content through our online platform. You can study using any device, i.e. a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
The study material consists of lessons organized into sections so as to make it both simple to break down the content into manageable chunks and easy to complete. Besides, a short quiz follows each section, which helps you assess your understanding of the material accordingly. You must achieve a score of at least 70% on each quiz in order to move on to the next section.
After completing all the section quizzes, you will gain access to the Final Exam at last. To successfully complete the course, you must score at least 70% on the final exam. With this in mind, you can retake the quizzes and the final exam as many times as necessary!
The self-study exams otherwise mean that you are responsible for completing the course material and assessments independently.
To explain, some jurisdictions presently require that the final exam must be monitored by a disinterested third party. Nonetheless, the monitoring ensures that you are completing the course requirements ethically and according to state regulations.
A disinterested third party is an individual over the age of 18 who is NOT:
- A family member, relative, or dependent
- Your employer, manager, or subordinate
- A business partner or joint venture co-owner
- Anyone with an economic or personal interest in your success on the exam.
If you successfully passed the final exam, then you’ll see the certificate of completion appear on your account. You can easily both retrieve the certificate and save it for your records.
To avoid any reporting delays, it is important that we have accurate information about you, including your full name and your license number. In the event that you notice any discrepancies or inaccuracies on your certificate, please contact American Frontier immediately at support@americanfrontier.com or call us at (201) 502-5010 for assistance.
